Follow the simple instructions below on how to to print off and measure your feet.

The template will only open in Adobe Reader Software. Please do not worry if you do not have this software, Adobe Reader comes standard with most computers.

If you do not have this software, please download for FREE from the following links: http://www.adobe.co.uk/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

Once you have opened the template in Adobe Reader you are ready to print.

For Ladies and Children's templates you will print one A4 size, portrait for each.

For Mens you will print two A4 size, landscape pages, which need to be taped together.

Please turn off, fit to page, reduce or enlarge or any page scaling when printing. Templates must be printed at 100%.

Place template on a hard even surface or a big hardback book.

Measure both feet, as it is quite normal for one foot to be bigger than the other, use the longest foot as the final size. It is better to measure feet in the afternoon as feet tend to swell slightly during the day.

Also measure whilst wearing a football sock or a sock of similar thickness.

Place the heel of the foot at the base of the arrow as indicated. Use a ruler to butt the heel to the baseline.

Make sure the foot is completely flat, (younger children tend to curl their toes up, just pushed the toes gently down whilst measuring), stand up straight putting weight on both feet.

Measure across from the end of the big toe to find size.
