Faulty items
Where a product has turned out to be faulty, Footyboots will refund the customer with the cost of the postage and exchange or refund where applicable.
Please send the faulty items by either first class post or by recorded delivery. Footyboots will not refund the customer the cost of using any other service such as special delivery and in such circumstances any postage refund will be limited to the cost of returning by recorded delivery
Exchange & Refunds
Items that need to be returned due to wrong sizing/non suitability by no fault of footyboots4kids.com may be returned and exchanged subject to our return carriage charges being paid by you, the customer. The sales invoice must also be returned.
Refunds may be given at the discretion of footyboots4kids.com on unwanted products provided that they are returned in their original packaging (including any stud key where applicable) and in an unworn / unused state provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt.
The original sales invoice must also be returned.
Please note that, where boots have been correctly ordered and are returned for a refund, there will be a charge of £2.00 per pair of boots deducted from the refunded amount to cover bank charges and administration costs..

Returned boots remain your responsibility until safely received by us. We recommend that you send any returns by recorded delivery. Remember to obtain proof of postage. Please allow up to 3 weeks, once you have returned your goods, for the refund to be sent to you.
It Is Extremely Important That The Sales Invoice Is Enclosed With The Parcel.
