The website will be available throughout the Christmas and New Year break to accept orders although these will not be despatched to early in the New Year.

Last posting dates

With the move to DHL, we are no longer limited by the usual Post Office Christmas rush and last posting dates for Christmas. Very popular boots will sell out fast so please order early to ensure that you get the boot that you want for your son or daughter. The last day of order despatch will be Tuesday 18th December.

Office opening times

The office will be open Monday to Friday until close of business on Tuesday 18th December at which time the office will close for Christmas holidays to give our staff a well earned rest. The office will reopen on Friday 4th January 2008.

Christmas returns

Boots ordered after 1st December may be returned by January 15th for a refund or exchange. Boots ordered before Christmas and returned after this date will be subject to exchanges only.

Have you left it too late?

If you are concerned about not receiving your boots before Christmas, don't worry.

We are happy to receive customers who wish to personally collect boots but please call first. Customers are requested to either order their boots on-line or telephone us to place an order, prior to them collecting their boots
