Barclaycard terms and conditions


Whilst orders may be received from one of our four websites, www.Footyboots4kids.com Ltd will appear on your credit card or bank statement.

Cut offs for same day despatch and stock availability

The despatch of all orders is subject to availability of stock.

Cut off times for same day despatch are as follows:

1.30pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday,
11.45am (1.30pm for Collect +) on Wednesday
1.30pm on Friday.

We may despatch after these cut off times but this cannot be guaranteed.

Your order will either be handled by Royal Mail or Collect +, depending on the customer's selection.

www.footyboots4kids.com Limited cannot be held responsible for errors made on the selection of the delivery method by the customer and so it is the customer's responsibility to check the details of their order before being placed. If errors are found after the order has been placed, it is the customer's responsibility to notify www.footyboots4kids.com Limited of the error.

www.footyboots4kids.com Limited will use the delivery method selected by the customer on the on-line order form and, whilst we will make every effort to amend the delivery method, www.footyboots4kids.com Limited cannot be held responsible for use of the incorrect delivery method and this includes charging the customer a higher rate of carriage, such as if a Next Day Delivery service is incorrectly requested

Declined transactions


If your credit or debit card is declined by Barclaycard Business, (our credit card processor), we will make every effort to contact you to determine the reason for the declination. In such circumstances, we will contact you using the home and/or mobile numbers given together with contacting you by email. If the customer does not contact www.footyboots4kids.com Limited in a timely manner to resolve the problem, www.footyboots4kids.com Limited will not be held responsible for any delay in the despatch of the order.

More than two pairs of boots, to all destinations

Due to the differing weights of all of our boots, postage and packaging costs for orders for more than two pairs of boots are subject to the total weight and is available on application

Next day delivery

All orders for despatch on Monday to Thursday inclusive will be despatched using the normal next day delivery service. Orders for despatch on Friday will be despatched using the higher rate Saturday Next Day delivery service, unless specified by the customer in the special instructions box on the on-line order form

Overseas Customers


Carriage (single pairs only)

All orders to overseas customers are sent out by the Royal Mail International Signed For service and the costs will be as follows:

Europe £9.50
Rest of the world subject to weight

Local duties may be payable.

If you require more than one pair of boots, please email us at david@footyboots4kids.com and provide a detailed description of the boots, quantity and sizes that you wish to order for a postage and packaging quote

Collect +

For those customers who select to have their orders despatched using the Collect+ service, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the email address and mobile numbers provided are correct. This is important as all communications from Collect+ will use the email or mobile telephone medium.

It is the customer's responsibility to check that their collection point is satisfactory by using the easy to use links shown on either the home pages on all of our websites or on the dedicated Collect+ web page.

Please note the following:

1) Unless an alternative collection point is requested in the special instructions box, we will deliver to the agent who is closest to your home post code
2) Unless specified by the customer, all updates will be sent to the customer via email

Whilst we will endeavour to track your orders for you, it is the customers responsibility to regularly check their emails to determine the status of the order. Customers will receive reminder emails from Collect+ but, if the order is not collected within 10 days, the order may be returned to us. In such situations, costs to resend the order to the customer via the collection point will be borne by the customer.

Boots incorrectly ordered by customers

www.footyboots4kids.com Limited cannot be held responsible for any errors made by customers on the selection of size or type of boot and your orders will be processed based on the details of the order that have been recorded. All costs associated with returning the boots for an exchange or refund will be borne by the customer. If a customer requires a refund, in this instance, the refund will be limited to the cost of the boots and will be subject to a £2 restocking and admin fee. If a customer requires an exchange, then the customer will bear the costs of sending the new order to them.

Faulty items


Where a product has turned out to be faulty, Footyboots will refund the customer with the cost of the postage and exchange or refund where applicable once the boots have been examined by us.

Please send the faulty items by either first class post or by recorded delivery. Footyboots will not refund the customer the cost of using any other service such as special delivery and in such circumstances any postage refund will be limited to the cost of returning by recorded delivery

Misuse and heavy use of our products


If our products are damaged as a result of misuse by the customer or the intended user of our products, www.footyboots4kids.com Limited will not be held responsible for the damage to the product.

Some of our products, especially the canvas Puma boots, are designed for use by specific players on the field, such as strikers, and wingers. If they are used by other players such as defenders, www.footyboots4kids.com Limited will not be held responsible for damage resulting from such heavy use, for which the boot was not designed, and, in such circumstances, no refunds will be given.

Furthermore, if injury occurs as a result of misuse of our boots, such as walking on hard surfaces whilst wearing studded boots,www.footyboots4kids.com Limited will not be held responsible or liable for such injury. Our products must be only used on the surface for which they were designed.

It is the customer's responsibility for selecting the correct boot for the intended purpose and, whilst we will give advice if requested, www.footyboots4kids.com Limited will not be held responsible or liable for the incorrect selection of the boot or for any injury resulting therefrom

Exchanges and refunds

We hope you will be delighted with the quality of your new purchase but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your boots within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the value of the order, (excluding postage and packaging), or organise an exchange. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging and accompanied by the packing slip, together with the screw in stud key (where applicable)

Please note that, where boots have been correctly ordered and are returned for a refund, there will be a charge of £2.00 deducted from the refunded amount to cover bank charges and administration costs..

Provided the boots are returned unused and in their original packaging, together with the screw in stud key (where applicable), Footyboots4kids will also exchange the boots for another size. Postage is the responsibility of the customer including the despatch costs for a replacement pair, unless the boots are faulty in which case Footyboots4kids.com will bear the costs. Additional postage costs will be charged to the credit card used for the original order. If you paid by cheque, please send a cheque to cover the postage of the replacement boots. This must be received before the goods can be despatched.

Please take the parcel to your local post office where you will be required to pay the postage. Parcels remain your responsibility until safely received by us. We recommend that you send your returns by recorded delivery. Remember to obtain proof of postage. Please allow up to 3 weeks, once you have returned your parcel, for the refund to be sent to you.

IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT THE ORIGINAL INVOICE IS ENCLOSED WITH THE PARCEL.

Every effort is made to ensure that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined on the website are correct. However, errors/omissions may occur.

Please note: cheque/credit card transactions will be processed prior to the despatch of any order.

Stock availability and Product details

Whilst we, at www. footybootys4kids.com Limited, endeavour to maintain stock levels of all the boots that we sell, demand may sometimes exceed our available supply. Working very closely with our suppliers, we will do everything possible to fulfil your order. We will keep you informed if such an occasion should arise and we will also advise you if your chosen boot is not available.

We reserve the right to remove products at any time as well as amend the price or specification of the boots offered.

Every effort has been made to ensure that all product information is correct at the time of going to press. Colour reproduction is as close as the photographic process allows; however slight colour variations may occur.

Privacy Policy

Footyboots4kids.com retains information under the guidelines of the Data Protection Act. All bank and personal information will only be used by www.footyboots4kids.com Limited and will not be passed on to any third party.
