Alternative postal service - Collect +

These are not like normal couriers and is not a door to door service. The parcels can be collected from a local pick up point at a time CONVENIENT TO YOU. Delivery time is stated by Collect + as 3 working days.

If you do not state your prefer collection point in the special instructions box, we will deliver to the one closest to your home

The cost of using this service will be £4.95 for one or two pairs of boots. (For more than two pairs of boots, we may have to send in two or more packages, depending on the size of the packages (The cost of this will be £4.95 for each package.)

Please advise us if you wish to be alerted that your parcel is ready for collection by text or email in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS BOX on your on-line order form. If you do not specify, we will ask Collect + to email you.

As our other services require a signature on receipt, this Collect+ service means that you can pick up your boots at a time convenient to you. This is ideal where all members of your household are at work during the day. Using Collect + means NO "while you were out "cards!
