Arsenal Duo Sign for Footyboots

Footyboots have signed boot sponsorship deals with two of Arsenals top international women professionals, Jayne Ludlow and Ciara Grant. Both girls had a major input into the research and development of the new womens football boot created by Nomis. Jayne has worn almost every boot on the market, so she was a perfect candidate to trial the new design. And both players are delighted. The boots are technically superior to any other on the market, and are proven to give much more grip and control on the ball, coupled with redesigned stud patterns to improve stability.

They have been redesigned from the mens boot to fit the narrow heel and ankle of a woman."They are by far the most comfortable boots I've worn so you can imagine how pleased we both were when Nomis and footyboots agreed to sponsor us. It's also a great boost to women's football to have a company looking to invest in the future of the game."

Ciara agrees with Jayne and says the Nomis boots are the most comfortable she has worn. 'Its like you don't have any boots on at all, they're like a second skin, very supple and soft, yet tough enough to do the job. I think the fact that they have been designed for women puts them head and shoulders above the rest'

Maybe the boots are a lucky charm, whilst Jayne was scoring her hat-trick, Ciara was a guest at Irelands most prestigous award ceremony in Dublin, having been nominated for International Player of the Year, a fantastic achievement, and a just reward for her hard work on and off the pitch for Arsenal.
