If you are out

If you are not in to accept your delivery, the Royal Mail will leave a card in order for you to collect your boots from your local post office.

We cannot leave parcels by front doors or over the garden gate as requested by many customers.

Delivery to an alternate address

As the documentation and all accounting records record the primary address, we are unable to deliver to an alternate address. However, we can, at our discretion, send parcels to work addresses. However, once signed for, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. This is especially important for hospitals, schools and large offices.

If we are uncertain as to the safe delivery of your order, we will only send to the card billing address but will advise you accordingly.
