As christmas is nearly upon us, we are extremely busy and the processing of exchanges are taking longer than usual and we are concerned that exchanged boots may take some time to get to you.

So if you wish to exchange your unused boots for an alternative, please order again on our website as you would do normally.

Please then send the original boots back, with your invoice, annotating that you have ordered alternate boots. Please quote your new order number as this will help us track the orders.

A refund for your old unused boots will be made as soon as possible.
